After coaching the Ridge Ski Team for over 25 years, Coach Fico has helped create incredible success within the team but also made an amazing environment for our racers. Without his hard work and dedication, the team wouldn't be the same.

TERRENCE SCOTT HEART AWARD
This award memorializes a past captain, Terrence Scott who tragically passed away in a ski accident. Terrence embodied work ethic and commitment. This award goes annually to a skier who exhibits a strong ethic and willingness to be the best they can be on the mountain.
